My name is Klaas Kroezen and I am the author of the book Sales, sincere and relaxed. I help professionals and teams strengthen their commercial approach. Often by turning the tide. With 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, professional sales, and customer success, I have generated tens of millions of euros in sales. In 21 countries from my own company. With clients such as Google, Samsung, Microsoft, and ING. I have an MBA, am an NLP Master, and am a certified family and organizational constellation facilitator.

After selling my company WUA (market research) in 2022, I will focus entirely on coaching teams, sales professionals, and experts who have customer contact. I believe that everyone who has customer contact makes a difference. I know better than anyone the importance and impact of the right training.
