The Sales Excellence Training in one month in 3 steps
Step 1: Kick-off for yourself or with your team
You can choose to start completely online within five minutes (for yourself), or book a personal session of an hour and a half with me within two weeks. For teams, we can usually start with an inspiring kick-off within two to three weeks. We will get started with your business right away and implement the desired change.
I believe in bottom-up and working together; as a team, you set the movement in motion and want everyone who has contact with customers to be involved. From junior to senior.
Step 2: The Online Sales Excellence Training
Each participant follows the training at their own pace via our proprietary "Klaas Kroezen App." It is extremely user-friendly, practical, and directly applicable to your sales conversations, proposals, and daily customer contacts.
I am your coach during the
program. Are you stuck, do you want to brainstorm, or do you have a customer question? I will think along with you. This will enable you to immediately deliver added value to your customers.
Most participants earn back their investment many times over during the training.
Step 3: One-on-one coaching or a team session + concrete action plan
Once you have completed the online training, we usually schedule the conclusion a month later. This can be done one-on-one with me or with the entire team in a single joint session.
In half a day, you (or your team) will present the action plan: what have you learned? What changes have already been implemented? Where have you been able to secure better deals through professional negotiation? How can you use AI pragmatically? What further actions do you want to implement? And where is the greatest opportunity for growth?
